Licensing
- Licenses: Licenses are granted on a subscription or one-time purchase basis, depending on the product or service. Please refer to the specific product details for the duration and terms of your license.
- Unlimited Lifetime Licenses: Where explicitly stated, some products may include unlimited lifetime licenses. These licenses are non-transferable and subject to revocation in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:
- Sharing API keys with unauthorized users.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or redistribute our software without consent.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Unauthorized distribution of licenses or software.
- Activities that compromise the security or performance of our services.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using our products.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for unused licenses may be issued at our discretion within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided for licenses revoked due to violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WP Firefly shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any user found to be in violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nova Scotia.
